EdgePredict End User License Agreement

1. Agreement and parties

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and EdgePredict, an educational brand operated by Maikol Julian Velandia Carrillo, an individual based in Colombia ("EdgePredict", "we", "us"). It governs your use of the EdgePredict Premium membership, including its courses, tools, templates, frameworks, and other digital materials (the "Content"). By purchasing a membership or accessing the Content, you accept this EULA.

2. License grant

While your membership is active and you comply with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, scrape, record, download in bulk, or redistribute the Content; (b) share your login or membership access with anyone else; (c) resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly display the Content; (d) use the Content to build or train a competing product or service; (e) remove copyright or proprietary notices; (f) attempt to bypass access controls or reverse engineer any tool we provide; (g) use the Content for any unlawful purpose.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

The Content, the EdgePredict name, logo, and branding are owned by EdgePredict and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA grants you a license, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Educational purpose only

The Content is provided for education and information about sports statistics and probability. It is not financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice. EdgePredict is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, or sell betting picks.

6. No guaranteed results

We do not promise winnings, profits, or income. Examples, analyses, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every decision you make is your own responsibility, and you should only risk what you can afford to lose.

7. Eligibility and local laws

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by local law) and able to enter a binding contract. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws where you live.

8. Membership, billing, and refunds

EdgePredict Premium is billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days and renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Whop membership; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed through Whop. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (15-day refund window on any charge).

9. Updates and availability

We may update, improve, change, or remove parts of the Content or tools at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

10. Termination

Your license ends automatically if your membership is cancelled, expires, is refunded, or if you breach this EULA. We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Content and delete any copies in your possession.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Content and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgePredict will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any losses, including financial or betting losses, arising from your use of the Content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 30 days before the claim arose.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this EULA by reference.

14. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Content after an update means you accept the revised EULA.

15. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
