EdgePredict Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EdgePredict is an educational brand operated by Maikol Julian Velandia Carrillo, an individual based in Colombia ("EdgePredict", "we", "us"). We sell a monthly membership with educational content about sports statistics and probability through Whop. Contact: edgepredictwhop@gmail.com.

2. Educational purpose only

All content is for education and information. It is not financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice. EdgePredict is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, place bets for you, or sell betting picks.

3. No guaranteed results

We do not promise winnings, profits, or income. Examples and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every decision you make is your own responsibility.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by local law) and able to enter a binding contract. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

5. Membership and billing

EdgePredict Premium costs $29.99 USD every 30 days and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop membership. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed through Whop.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Your account

Keep your login credentials private. You may not share your access, resell the content, or redistribute it.

8. Intellectual property

All courses, tools, templates, and materials belong to EdgePredict. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your membership is active.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy or scrape the content, abuse the community, or use the service for anything unlawful.

10. Responsible play

Only risk what you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or contact a local support service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgePredict is not liable for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from your use of the content. The service is provided "as is".

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
